YAY FIRST POST OF 2019! Wow, wow, wow. I want to write a more in depth post about 2018 and everything that year taught me, but first and foremost: smoothie time.
One of my most requested content for 2019 was more recipes…ask and you shall receive.
First and foremost, wanted to share with you all the blender Nate and I use! (I love this blender so much that when I was competing for Miss A, and when I gave up the crown, I brought this blender with me!) The NutriBullet 12-Piece High -Speed Blender is THE BEST, and is under $50!
Here are some of my favorite go to smoothie recipes and products!
- Strawberry Banana
- 1 frozen banana
- handful of frozen strawberries
- scoop of Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- cup of almond milk
- Pineapple Kale (my personal fav as of rn)
- 2 frozen pineapple rings (I just get a can of pineapples and freeze the myself)
- handful of kale, baby kale, or spinach

- cup of almond milk
- Pineapple Raspberry (strangely SO GOOD)
